How often will I get this box or snack pack?

Monthly, between the 1st and 15th of the month.  For new orders, please order before the end of the month prior in order to get the current box or contact us to make special arrangements.

Where do you ship?

We are currently able to ship to addresses within the continental United States only.  

What's in the box?

Each Russia Box contains 1 or 2 large items, 5 to 10 small to medium snack items and 1 genuine cultural item.  Each Russian Snack Pack contains 1 medium item and 4 to 6 small items.  All items are curated based on a festival, tradition or cultural theme to create the most authentic and enjoyable experience.  Large Items may include Cookies, Crackers, Tea, Jams, Jellies, Hot Chocolate, Rahat Lukum, Turkish Delights, Pastilla, etc.  Medium Items may include Chocolate Bars, Zefir, Marshmallows, Gummies, Filled Chocolate Candy, etc.  Small Items may include Chocolate Candy, Caramels, Nougats, Wafers, etc.  Lifestyle items may include traditional Russian Arts & Crafts, Figurines, Games, Souvenirs, Dishware, Tea Accessories, Matreshkas, Ghzel, Khokhlama, etc.

What if I have food allergies?

The snacks comply with the US requirements for labeling, however because they are manufactured in another country, there may be different requirements in how foods are separated and treated there.  If you have food allergies, please take the necessary precautions.  The items included may contain or come into contact with WHEAT, EGGS, PEANUTS, TREE NUTS, MILK , SHELLFISH and other allergens.

The date on my snack has past, has it expired?

Russian/Eastern European labeling often shows the date of creation of the product, not the expiration date.  The expiration date will depend on the product and is not always listed by date.  If you have any questions, please refer to the information sheet sent with your package or box, or please contact us.

Can I return or exchange my box?

Due to the perishable nature of our subscription boxes and packs, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.  Once you make a payment for your subscription or prepaid plan, it is non-refundable and the contents of the boxes are non-exchangeable.  We make every effort to check all the items in your box for quality before your box is sent out.  However, if you receive any damaged items, please contact us and we will make it right by you.  Please be prepared to send us pictures of the damage.

Will my box renew automatically?

Your monthly subscription will renew every month until you cancel before the 29th of the month.  Your 3 month or 6 months prepaid plan will renew every 3 or 6 months until you cancel before the 29th of the month.  It is your responsibility to cancel the subscription before the renewal date.  We reserve the right to cancel the subscription at any time.  For any questions, please contact us and we will be glad to assist you.
